Can I cancel or change my order?
After your order is placed, changes + cancellations must be made within 24 hours. Changes requested outside of 24 hours cannot be made as your order is already in my hands being made.
Please contact me via email to make a change or cancellation.
Can I return or exchange an order?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item.To start a return, you can contact me at carol@incarose.com. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for getting it back to me.
Do You Offer Repairs?
My pieces are built to last. If a defect occurs that’s outside of your control I’ll repair it for free. However, accidental damage is not covered for free repairs. In those cases:
- Chain replacements start at $15
- Cuff/ ring resizing starts at $10

Will pieces tarnish?
All fine metals naturally tarnish over time—brass the fastest, then sterling silver, and 14k gold can last for years. To slow tarnishing, store jewelry in a dry place (avoid bathrooms). Cleaning is simple: use warm, soapy water and a scratch-free cloth to buff.
Will my finger turn green?
This depends on your skin’s chemistry. I use high-quality metals—14k gold fill, solid gold, and sterling silver—that typically won’t cause irritation unless you have a specific metal allergy. If you notice a reaction, adjusting your skincare routine may help.
What If my stones don’t match the listing photo?
Every piece is handmade—no mass production here! I carefully select stones and textures to match as closely as possible, but small variations are part of the charm. If you have concerns, please reach out.
